By using Ranqa you accept the terms below.

Acceptable use

You may only publish genuine experiences. Fake reviews, bribes for ratings, selective invites only to satisfied customers, and impersonation are prohibited.

Business accounts

A free business account includes page verification, public replies, widgets, email notifications, and a monthly allowance of review invites. Growth and Pro include unlimited invites plus the features listed in pricing. Paid features never include removal of negative reviews or changes to RanqaScore.

The platform

The platform is provided as is. RanqaScore is a time-weighted public rating. For search engines we publish the arithmetic average via Schema.org AggregateRating.

Invites and fairness

Businesses may invite customers by email or commerce webhook. Inviting only satisfied customers to inflate scores is prohibited. Open and click rates may be shown in the dashboard for operational honesty.

Your content

You keep rights to your review text. By publishing on Ranqa you grant us a license to display, translate, and distribute it for the service (including feeds and embeds). You may request removal of personal identifiers as described in the privacy policy.

Consumer review rules

We follow applicable EU rules for online consumer reviews, including transparency about how reviews are collected.
